Cedar Creek Company’s Australian owned and developed propriety software delivers software and hardware systems for the meat and fresh food processing sectors.
Our product has been developed over thirty years in consultation with a wide range of clients and industry bodies and we strive to deliver industry-led changes as soon as they evolve.
Our company’s mission is to keep FoodChain functionality at the forefront of best practice for all the industries we serve.
We work closely with organisations such as the MLA, AMIC and AUSmeat to understand emerging technologies and trends and to ensure that our products will meet the data and processing requirements of developing technologies.
FoodChain includes automated interfaces with industry and statutory bodies for acquisition and reporting of information for livestock, sales and export systems. We are eNVD licenced and accredited and MSA-assessment accredited.
FoodChain is modular and can provide solutions to very specific processing areas or demands.
Our proprietary software FoodChain integrates on-floor data capture and ERP and can be integrated into most systems run by processors.
FoodChain operates in a real-time or near to real-time mode depending on the need of the transaction types. Typically, this will mean that the continuous stream of production data and changes to the system from Head Office are replicated throughout the network quickly. Replication times for processing floor data and transactions can be configured to balance the system and network load.
CCC’s software systems are backed by around the clock support services. Our hardware systems stand the test of time – they are rugged, dependable and keep up with critical production demands. Some units have been in continuous use on a processing floor for more than 15 years.
Our complete end-to-end solutions are delivered and supported by our own team of industry specialists. We do not outsource these services. Our software team and hardware staff have many years of experience working with the unique demands of fresh food traceability, inventory and warehousing.
