Lynne is one of the founding owners of Cedar Creek Company has been at the coalface of Australia’s meat industry reforms since the mid-1990s, when a lot of legislation was introduced. Her extensive abattoir experience includes many years working with AQIS managers, leading processor QA site accreditation projects, and installing plant inventory systems. Lynne has an accounting background and more than 30 years’ experience in Financial and Management Accounting roles, across a range of industries.
Craig has over 15 years’ experience in the perishable food processing sector and is Group General Manager of Cedar Creek Company. He was originally a member of the Sastek team, absorbed by CCC in 2008. Over the years now, Craig has led a variety of major projects and substantial implementations for many of Australia’s largest processors. Craig loves the dynamics of the perishable food industry and the challenges it brings, always learning and looking for improved solutions to benefit our customer base.
Project & Technology Manager
Sean’s career in IT operations management has included roles in software development, implementation, software project management and service delivery management. One of several CCC ‘boomerang’ employees, Sean worked in our team for seven years, left and returned. Sean spent a few years in building (or redeveloping) six different software products in a range of fields.

Robert Hambly is our Progress Software guru and member of the Cedar Creek 20 year club! Rob cleverly develops, designs, programs, problem solves and analyses software solutions for customers.
Senior Business Analyst
Senior Business Analyst Thomas Fensom specialises in FoodChains sales, export, inventory and loadout modules. He has more than 25 years experience in the meat industry and 15 with our company.
DYODesign Labelling Systems Expert
Simon Sweetman the resident expert in CCC’s DYODesign labelling systems, as well as our on-floor Printerm 6 and Interm 12 software. He has more than 15 years in the meat processing industry and understands the intricacies of traceability and export labelling.
Tony is another member of the 20-year club! He started in the meat industry back in 1990 when he worked as the Sastek Site Controller at AMH Meatworks. He is often the friendly voice on the other end of the TCS phone!
Senior Analyst Programmer
Rajesh is a Senior Analyst Programmer at in the software team. He has had numerous stints of varying lengths working at CCC over the last nearly 20 years. Rajesh has a wealth of knowledge in all our products and systems.
Senior Technician and Manufacturing Supervisor
Les is our Senior Technician and Manufacturing Supervisor and has been with Sastek and Cedar Creek since the early 80s! He’s turned his hand and (manufacturing and electronics) expertise to processing equipment - from tiny custom printer solutions to entire processing plants!
Senior Service Technician
Based in NZ, Simon is a Senior Service Technician and has clocked up nearly 40 years in the meat processing industry, and 13 so far with CCC. A problem-solver extraordinaire, Simon was part of the original Customer team that started I11 grading, which then culminated in I12 grading.
Processing Floor Installations Expert
Ray Hutcheon is another member of the 20-year club and is based in NZ – although is quite the frequent flyer across the ditch! An electrician by trade and Technician by qualification (Electrical Engineering), Ray is an expert in processing floor installations.
Senior Development and Service Technician
Karl Mueller is a Senior Development and Service Technician. Karl specialises in vision technology and will be further developing CCC’s Vision Technology product portfolio, VIAscan and labelling systems.
Jarrad is a Service Technician for Cedar Creek Company and has mechatronics qualifications and experience. He is central to all CCC’s hardware product and processing-floor, design and development projects.
