CCC’s first product solutions focused on providing inventory management systems for Australian Meat Holdings (beef).
CCC commercialised its software products.
Commenced supplying RF mobility infrastructure and manufacturing specialised print and apply equipment.
Commenced operations in New Zealand.
New Zealand Head Office established the same year.
Started working with Alliance NZ (lamb, beef).
Started working with Fletchers (lamb).
OSI (value-added) commissioned the first of two auto-weigh/label systems. Started work at Midfield (beef, lamb) commissioning FoodChain across both sites.
CCC established in Chile and Brazil. Brazil closed in 2006, but Chile is ongoing. Golden Cockerel (poultry) commissioned three auto weigh/label systems which have now been converted to check/weigh systems to cater for crate movement. First RFID carcase tracking system commissioned at Frewstal (lamb).
AMH taken over by JBS. Start of CCC's relationship with JBS. Started working with Raptis (seafood).
CCC acquired SASTEK, the leading supplier of traceability systems for the meat industry. (In 2004 SASTEK had also acquired the VIAscan technology for objective grading measurements and predictive yield.)
Started working with Gathercole (lamb, beef).
Started working with Baiada (poultry), Greenmountain Group (beef).
2009 – 2010
Lynne Lambert became the sole owner and director of CCC.
Restructure and focus on core business. Started working with Linley Valley Pork.
Started working with Frews Group (lamb) - AMG (beef) commissioning of full plant FoodChain.
Started working with Iceland Cold Storage (warehousing).
Started working with Stanbroke Pastoral (beef).
Gathercoles started the first of six chillers commissioned using CCC Chiller. Automation & SCADA control systems.
CCC – MSA Grading and chiller assessment data capture systems fully accredited by MLA/MSA and rolled out to first customer.
Food Chain eNVD licence granted by MLA.
Cedar Creek launch new NLIS upload software to replace legacy software provided by MLA and rolled out to first 5 plants.
On 23rd October 2019, Marel annouced it signed an agreement to acquire Cedar Creek Company.
Marel Cedar Creek began trading on 18th November 2019.
