Our help desk staff are here to help our customers when an unexpected problem occurs and they wish to discuss the best possible solution. We are able to provide additional help such as providing assistance in understanding how to better operate our systems or to request changes to their systems to meet their ever changing business requirements.

24 Hour Software Support

Cedar Creek is acutely aware of the importance of your system to your business and we can offer you a customised support agreement for 24x7 support.

Hardware Service

At Cedar Creek we do not just sell you hardware and walk-away. We recommend to all of our customers that they take out a service contract with us to ensure the investment you have made continues to operate in the same manner as when it was first installed.

When we install all of our equipment, we spend the time to train your mechanical and electrical staff so that they can help support the equipment.

We will offer a preventative maintenance contract that will ensure the equipment runs trouble free, providing the best possible return on your investment. This involves a service technician conducting regular visits to service, inspect and clean your equipment.

We can then work with you to customise a remedial maintenance agreement that meets your needs and budget.
